AT&T customers can get a free ringtone (up to $2.49 value) just by filling out an extremely short form consisting of your wireless phone number. You'll receive a coupon code that you can use at AT&T's MEdia Mall Shop.
Restrictions: you need to have a MEdia Net plan, which is probably a good thing 'cause the data transfers would cost you a fortune without one. Also one ringtone per customer. Offer ends December 31, 2007.
You also don't have to enter your own mobile number - I just tried entering in some garbage, and still got the free ringtone coupon code
