This adapter allows you to connect any audio device (mp3 player, stereo, computer, technically your cell phone too, etc) to a set of A2DP Bluetooth headphones/speakers. It plugs into the device's 3.5mm audio jack and has its own internal battery that's charged via USB.
This is a great deal as these audio adapters generally cost a lot more and look twice as bad.

Is the Nokia HF-6W Defective?
Damon from Damon's Laboratory reports that not one, not two, but three of his Nokia HF-6W devices - affectionately known as "the golf club" - are dead, with no sound coming from the speakers. Bad manufacturing or just bad luck?
Unfortunately, it looks like it might have to be the former: there are a number of posts on expansys and Nokia's own forums filled with users having problems with their HF-6Ws. In fact, you'll be hard pressed to find ANY good reviews about this little handsfree speaker (but there's plenty of 1 and 2-star reviews). Looks like this device gets the official Nokia Phone Blog Seal of Disapproval.
My only experience I had with the device was a returned unit at Compusa a year ago that had its packaging ripped up and retaped. Hm...

Comes with several charging tips, the charger (which looks like little more than a casing for the battery), and an el ghetto "HW" brand alkaline.
