Nokia's Eco Sensor Concept Device
Written by jon on 6:41 AMThe same folks that brought you the never-to-be-seen-again Nokia Aeon now bring you their latest design: a wearable device that uses its onboard sensors to keep track of various bits of information around you - the environment, the weather, and your current health.

According to Nokia, the Eco Sensor allows users to customize its built-in sensors which range from gas-level monitors to motion detectors to "subscription to environmental catastrophe warning and guidance system". There's no specific use for the device, which will also use NFC and RFID technology to send data to your (Nokia) phone.

Plans for the Eco Sensor include a wrist/neck band that has integrated solar panels to power the device and lots of recycled materials.
Random quote:
"The phone’s casing will be made from 100% reclaimed steel. Imagine – your scrapped car could become part of your next mobile phone!"
Since it's still a concept, don't expect to see the Eco Sensor any time soon, if ever.
